2. What property is involved?
3. What do you know about access?
4. Has any hazard been reported?

Method: electrician South Brisbane scope readiness

It counts five practical information fields: work type, property type, access, authority and hazard status. The output is a completeness count, not an electrical diagnosis, a quote, a response time or an estimate in Australian dollars. Each selected field adds one point. A reported hazard overrides the ordinary next-step message with emergency guidance; the tool never declares a property safe.

These inputs come from the electrical-work licensing and emergency distinction in Queensland WorkSafe's licence guidance and the Electrical Safety Office emergency guidance, together with property-access and quote questions documented in this site's research. There are no benchmark rates or multipliers. Assumptions: the visitor is describing their own property and ignores hidden wiring condition, provider availability, site inspection results and legal approvals not yet checked.

This planning tool does not save or send its answers. To submit an ordinary enquiry, use the separate contact form; it does not promise a provider or appointment.
